What questions came up?

Let’s talk about the day-to-day work, licensing, training, and what you want from your next chapter.

Start a Conversation →

The work behind the opportunity.

This is an active, people-focused role in supplemental insurance. The work includes meeting business owners face to face, starting conversations, explaining available options, following up, and building lasting relationships in the communities where you work.

Based in Orem, Utah, Alec is building a team across the U.S. Available roles and licensing requirements vary by market.

Two starting points.

New to insurance: Bring curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to practice. Start by understanding the work and the steps required to get licensed.

Already licensed: Share your experience, the culture you value, and the professional growth you want to pursue.

Licensing & getting started.

Insurance licensing requirements are set by each state and depend on the role, line of authority, and residency status. Review the requirements for your home state and any additional states where you plan to work. Confirm the required licenses and appointments before selling, soliciting, or negotiating insurance.

Training & growth.

Our leadership approach centers on mentorship, accountability, practice, and helping others improve. Explore the broader organization’s training and advancement material, then discuss the specific onboarding process, available support, schedule, and any costs with Alec.

Understand compensation before you commit.

Compensation details are reviewed in the interview. Ask for the written terms for the role, how compensation is earned and paid, any expenses you would bear, and any conditions that apply. Individual results vary; no specific income or wealth outcome is promised.
